How do I remove all code after deleting the app?

I see some files in my theme and I would like to clean up my code.

Each theme is different.  In order to make sure we properly delete all files, we manually delete code upon request.

If you would like to delete the files yourself:

1. delete all files in the snippets folder starting with 'atb' or 'sa-'.

2. remove any lines in template files containing include 'atb'

3. remove templates/page.global-sections.liquid
